The rhyming story from the edge of the swimming pool (the only one in Serbia, EX YU), is intended for children, (non) swimmers aged 2 to 6 years, parents, coaches, teachers, but also for all those who go to the swimming pool or encounter swimming for the first time, and all those who should be reminded that it is not difficult to be nice in the water and near it!

• The picture book is in a way a PREVENTION of unwanted injuries that may occur around the pool, especially in the youngest children if they do not adhere to the basic 10 rules of conduct in and around the water. It is up to us parents, coaches, educators, families to provide children with knowledge and skills, to feel safe when they go to the pool and swimming.

• The picture book "Jakov and Petra GO swimming" offers a solution to make it easier for children to get acquainted with potentially dangerous situations they may encounter near the water, by accepting the rules of conduct and the concept of safety, without leaving the safety zone.
